Tasha Figueroa is not like every other Real Estate agent in the Valley of the Sun. Tasha’s unique work history, coupled with her knowledge of the Maricopa County area set her apart from the rest.

Personal Background:

Tasha was raised in North Scottsdale, Arizona and went to Horizon High School where she watched as Kierland Commons was built up around her. Later on, she moved to Surprise, Arizona and began her family and ultimately became a mother to 3 children. 

Once her children started to grow, she needed a larger home so she moved to Avondale. She stayed there until she met her now Husband, Jonathan. She and Jonathan rented houses in Gilbert until finally settling into their first home together in the master planned community of Eastmark in East Mesa. 

Professional Background:

Tasha began her career working for Wells Fargo bank moving from one position to the next learning an abundance about banking. It was while working at a Wells Fargo branch in Sun City Grand that Tasha met someone who would get her in contact with a branch manager at a Wholesale Mortgage Lender. 

Tasha was hired at this Wholesale Mortgage Lender as a Mortgage Loan Closer. This set the tone for the rest of her professional career. Tasha went through many career changes and ultimately landed at BBVA in 2012. 

While at BBVA, Tasha learned how to excel at her role and in 2015, Tasha requested to be part of the team implementing the “Know Before You Owe” regulation changes that impacted all of Home Lending. Through this project, Tasha found that she was great at working on projects and she had a desire to always ensure the customer experience was first and foremost top of mind. 

She ended up being promoted in 2017 to Product Owner for the entire Mortgage division and managed all of the product changes that were taking place. 

In 2020, PNC purchased BBVA and Tasha was brought over to PNC as a Business Strategy and Planning Advisor. In this role, Tasha was basically a subject matter expert in all things Mortgage. It was during this time that Tasha realized her passion was not only in Mortgage, but also the customer. 

Tasha couldn’t stop thinking about the customer experience and ultimately she longed to be a part of it. So, in 2023, Tasha took a leap of faith and got her Real Estate License in Arizona and is now passionate about helping her clients find the home of their dreams.
